The PG Department of Computer Science, DAV College Jalandhar, organized the โ€œE-Collage Contest to Promote Entrepreneurship and Start-up Cultureโ€ on March 20, 2025. This event aimed to inspire innovation and creativity, providing students with a platform to showcase their entrepreneurial ideas through digital collages reflecting their vision, mission, and unique value propositions.
Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar applauded the participants, emphasizing that such initiatives sharpen students’ skills and fuel innovation. Dr. Nischay Bahl (HOD, Computer Science) highlighted the eventโ€™s role in fostering collaboration and new opportunities. Prof. Gagan Madaan (President, IT FORUM 2024-25) expressed confidence that the contest would empower aspiring entrepreneurs to transform ideas into successful ventures.
Event Incharge Prof. Ritika Sobti encouraged students to embrace their creativity and explore self-discovery through this competition. The judging panel, comprising Prof. Vishal Sharma and Prof. Namarta Kapoor (both IIC members), ensured a thorough evaluation of technical and creative aspects.
