“Entrepreneurial Mindset”.

Under the auspices of the PG Department of Economics at DAV College Jalandhar, the Kautilya Society of Economics, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized an Extension Lecture on the topic “Entrepreneurial Mindset”. The purpose of the lecture was to impart knowledge to students on thinking innovatively and exploring novel approaches.

Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar and Vice Principal Prof. Archana Oberoi, along with Dr. S.K. Khurana, Head of the Department warmly welcomed the chief guest, Mr. Naresh Kohli, Managing Director of Sporting Syndicate International Pvt. Ltd. The event commenced with a performance by students of the Kautilya Society of Economics, showcasing an act on Entrepreneurial Mindset utilizing various economic concepts.

The chief guest elucidated the essential skills for becoming a successful entrepreneur, sharing his motivational life journey from serving in the air force for 24 years to establishing his own venture.

An interactive session between Mr. Naresh Kohli and the students followed the lecture. Prof. Geetika Jain, in charge of the Kautilya Society of Economics, delivered a vote of thanks, concluding the event. Dr. S.J. Talwar, Dr. Seema, Prof. Monika, Dr. Naveen Sood, Dr. Deepali Handa, and Prof. Sudha Arora graced the occasion with their benign presence.
