Students of the Department of Food Science & Technology, DAV College Jalandhar won accolades for achieving various positions in the examinations held by Guru Nanak Dev University. Students of the B.Sc (Hons.) Semester 4th brought laurels to their institution by achieving stupendous results in the university examinations. Vishruti Rana scored 347/400 marks and secured the 1st position in the university. Tanpreet kaur bagged the 2nd position with 338/400 marks and Divya secured the 3rd position with 332/400 marks. According to them guidance and mentorship have played a crucial role in helping them reach their goals and achieve their dreams.

Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar congratulated the proud achievers and wished them a bright future. He also applauded the hard work of the teachers who helped the students achieve the highest positions in the university. Head of Department Prof. Bhartendu Singla and & Other staff members congratulated the achievers and wished them successful food technocrats. Prof. Bhartendu Singla said that the Department of Food Science & Technology has always tried its best to provide an ideal academic environment to the students. The students thanked their teachers and parents for guiding them and helping them reach their goals.
