Under the aegis of Bansi Lal Mathematical Society, students of the Department of Mathematics DAV College Jalandhar visited IISER Mohali and Morni Hills for one day trip on 27.02.2023. In IISER Mohali, Students visited the Department of Mathematical sciences and there was an interactive session of the students with faculty. Prof. Krishnendu Gangopadhyay, Head Department of Mathematical Sciences enlightenment the students about the summer Internship camps, integrated courses, the research opportunities and many more aspects of various courses related to carrier orientation.The students also visited Morni Hills and Tikkar Taal. The scenic beauty of Tikkar Taal in the lap of mountains is unimaginable. Students captured every moment and got engaged in various fun activities like camel riding, scooter riding etc.
Dr S. K Tuli, Dr P. K. Sharma, Dr Seema Sharma and Prof Rajesh Prashar accompanied the students.
