𝐃𝐀𝐕 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐡 𝐔𝐭𝐬𝐚𝐯 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐇𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐘𝐚𝐣𝐧𝐚.

The Mehr Chand hostel of DAV College Jalandhar witnessed a pious ceremony on the occasion of Rishi Bodh Utsav, as a Hawan Yajna was organized with great fervor. Pandit Hansraj chanted the Vedic hymens, adhering to the principles and teachings of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati ji.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of the Chief Guest, Dr. Rajesh Kumar, the college’s Principal. Dr. Kumar shared valuable insights on the life and teachings of Maharishi Dayanand Ji, encouraging the students to follow his noble principles and strive towards making the world an “Arya” (noble) place.

The Assistant Warden of Hostel Mr. Ajay, Collegiate School InCharge Prof. Ritu Talwar, College Superintendent Arvind, other committee members, non-teaching staff, and students participated in the sacred ceremony, reinforcing the spirit of unity and harmony. Together, they offered prayers to seek blessings for a virtuous and enlightened future.
