The objective of this workshop was to prepare the students to learn innovation in coding and make them industry ready with enhanced skills so that they can excel at their workplaces. The participants got the opportunity to access hands-on live lessons to code together in real-time with the institution’s most respected faculty members.
On inaugural day, Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar addressed the students and explained how coding is required in day-to-day activities. He mentioned that everyone must be well equipped with modern technologies. He blessed all the students and wished them to achieve greater heights in their lives. He appreciated the efforts of the Computer Science Department in organizing the coding workshop.
The speakers, Dr. Nischay Bahl and Prof. Vishal Sharma, discussed the avenues of industry standard coding techniques, innovations and best practices in coding and also augmented their talk with hands-on practice and the best practices in topics like HTML, CSS & BOOTSTRAP were thoroughly explained by the Prof. Ritika Sobti and Dr. Leekha Jindal.
The topic of modern front-end and back-end tools was explained by Prof. Richa and Prof. Paramjeet and Prof. Gagan Madaan, gave an insight view on backend designing and innovations in mobile application development. The hands-on training on latest database tools were given by Prof. Monika Chopra. Students learnt how to develop a website on the PHP platform in the sessions of Dr. Rajeev Puri.
 
On the valedictory day, Dr. Kawal Jeet conducted student evaluations in the first session, in which, all the eligible students were awarded certificates. In the end, Prof. Ritika Sobti expressed a vote of thanks. The valedictory event was made glorious by the gracious presence of faculty members, non-teaching faculty and students.
