Key role and responsibilities

1.To uncover and explain the need for health insurance products to customers and sell the appropriate product.

2. Build a quality agency by focusing on quality of hire and skilling them as required.

3.Ensure agents are engaged, motivated, constantly inducted, activated by forging a strong relationship.

4.Manage relationship with customers to ensure persistency & renewal.

5.Ensure adherence to all sales systems, operational, underwriting, compliance guidelines, code of conduct and rules of company
