Tree plantation drive by Computer Science Department of D.A.V College, Jalandhar, continued on the second day 22-08-2019 at the college campus under I.T Forum 2019. Again this plantation drive in association with Kendriya Vidyalaya (Suranussi).
On the second day, Students of DAV college, Jalandhar and Kendriya Vidyalaya (Suranussi) planted near about 100 benefiting plants such as Tulsi, Neem, Ashoka Tree, Jamun, Mango, Guava, Delonix Regia (Gulmohar), Bottle Brush (Cheel), and Tabernaemontana divaricata (Chandni) etc. The following students of M.Sc.(C.S) will be the custodians of these trees

Under the adroit guidance of Dr. S.K Arora, Principal D.A.V College, Jalandhar the faculty members of the Computer Science Department (Teaching/Non-Teaching) participated in the tree plantation drive.
