1. Our Dept. of Sanskrit celebrated. Basant panchmi on 22nd Jan,2018 collaboration with Economics Dept, on that day . we gave speech why celebrating this day and importance of Goddess Sarswati.
2. Celebrated Sanskrit divas for that we organized Sanskrit Sambhaashan Shivir from 23rd Aug 2018 to 30th Aug, 2018.
3. Organized a talk on the topic importance of Sanskrit in present scenario On 3rd Feb,2018. Resource person was Dr.Udhyan Acharya from Gurukul kartarpur.
4. Organized one day Jyotish Sammelan on 22 Jan, 2019 in chemistry seminar hall. Our Chief guest was Sh. Kundan Lal Aggarwal ji Guest Of Honour was Dr. R.D. Tiwari Ex. H.O.D Sanskrit dept.
5. Organized Declamation contest on the topic ‘ Manav Jeevan ka Lakshya Ishwar Prapati’ on 25th Feb, 2019.
6. Our student Hans Raj of M.A. 1 Participated in vedic Bhaashan pratiyogita and got third prize in which 27 colleges Participated.
7. Our Students Nidhi Gupta, Deeksha and Nibas Bhai stood frist, second and third in the university in M.A. II Sem III held in Dec. 2018 G.N.D.U Examination respectively.
8. We arranged an educational trip to Amritsar and Beas on 12th Feb, 2019.
9. Our student participated in Declamation contest, poetical Recitation and Quiz Competition organized by Vishveshwara Nand vedic Shodh sansthan sadhu Ashram Hoshiarpur on 14.2.2019.
10. Our students Manpreet Kaur and Manisha Arora stood 1st and 2nd in the university in M.A.I Sem held in Dec. 2018, G.N.D.U Examination respectively.
