Campus Placement drive was organized by Lavya Associates in D.A.V. College, Jalandhar, to hire for the post of Human Resource Executive Manager. In total, 54candidates from the college participated in the drive. To represent the company, Mr. Rajesh Garg, (the Managing Director of the company), and Miss. Preetika (Human Resource Manager) came into D.A.V. College to execute the recruitment process. Initially, Mr. Rajesh Sir oriented the candidates. In the orientation, he provided with a lot of information to the candidates. He gave a brief introduction of the company, by specifying various details like: annual package, scope of growth and functioning of the company. He also elaborated the need of talent acquisition in the era of automation of jobs, by giving importance not only to soft skills, but also hard skills of a candidate. After orientation, aptitude test was conducted for the duration of 30 minutes, after which 27 candidates were short-listed. Following it, Personal Interviews took place.9candidates finally cleared the interview and wereselected inLavya Associates.
