The second day of the workshop started with the same zeal and enthusiasm under the supervision of Prof Manav Aggarwal, Dean Training and Placements department.
Speaker Rahul Sharma gave a recap of the proceedings of day 1.
Students were given topics based on perception, facts and were give some hypothetical situations to speak upon. They were guided upon facial expressions and modulation techniques.
After that, the proceedings of day two started where the students were made aware about the importance of the Curriculam Vitae and Resumé.
Students got the tips how to draft a professional C.V.
There was a live practice session where students prepared their C.V and an immediate feedback was provided to them.
Next session was on Group discussion where students were made aware about the the types of group discussion, the do’s and don’ts of Group discussion along with live G.D sessions.
Speaker Rahul Sharma explained G.D in the most comprehensive way telling that it is the most important “Mass elimination” tool for organisations these days.
Various techniques of interpersonal communication skills were explained to the students.
