“Yuvak Mela at DAV College concluded with energetic Bhangra performance by DAVC team”

To eliminate drug and substance abuse and to bring youth closer to the roots of the state,yuvak mella was organised. This two day fest was organised by Yevak Sewa Vibhag in auditorium of DAV college Jalandhar. Many colleges of jalandhar district participated in it.
For second day, giddha, bhangra, mono acting, fancy dress for punjabi ethinic,best out of waste,fullkari making and other activies were part of the to do list.
Cheif guest for second day was Principal Dr SK Arora. Dr Arora said along with our education we should also embrace our punjabi culture. On this occation the guest of the hour director of Yuvak Sewa Vibhag Mr Jagdeesh Singh Rahi said that in order to be successful person you have to be an alrounder which means participation in competion like this is important.

Principal Dr SK Arora thanked the Yuvak Sewa Sanstha and said that functions like this brings out the real talents of the kids.He also congratulated winners of their respective categories.
