Emerging victorious in journalistic ventures DAV students triumphed overall trophy at Bonjour-2017
Student of Journalism & Mass Communication department, DAV College bagged the overall trophy at “Bonjour-2017” media fest organized by the Department of Journalism & Mass Communication of GNDU Regional Campus Ladhewali.
Beating 20 University & colleges, the young guns of the journalism department conquered the festival and left the place undone. The students dominated all the colleges in 8 different categories winning first prize for the street play (Nukkad Natak) & Dubsmash competitions, students delivered high quality performances to maintain second position in competitions like Documentary, News Reading, Page -making, Photography, Rap and RJing.
Proving themselves to be the best in most of the journalistic ventures, the students of DAV journalism & Mass Communication department clinched the overall trophy at Bonjour-2017.
Principal Dr. S.K. Arora congratulated the students of Journalism & Mass Communication department for maintaining the culture of being the best in the line, saying “It gives me immense pleasure and drive to lead from the front knowing that the students are maintaining the legacy of this class institution with so much of passion and enthusiasm.”
