7days N.S.S camp organised by DAV college Jalandhar in Nandanpur Village
First day of Seven days(20-26dec)N.S.S camp in Nandanpur was organised in D.A.V college jalandhar. Chief guest for the first day was Principal Dr B.B.Sharma. 120 students volunteered for the camp.On first day of the camp N.S.S co-ordinator Prof S.K.Midha gave a small preveiw about the camp,where volunteers will go door to door and will make residents of the village aware about drug related problems and also will emphasize on the agenda of save girl child and to teach them.
Principal Sharma motivated the volunteers and appreciated the volunteers.He said: N.S.S dept of D.AV college organise this camp every year in order to induce the idea of leadership in students.He also talked bout the Swach Bharat Mission and the importance of it.
Volunteers were divided into four groups named Shahed Bhagat Singh group,Shahed Rajguru group,Bibi Nanki group and Jhansi ki Rani group. On this occation Prof Meenu Talwar,Prof Gagandeep,Prof Sanjay Sharma,Pof Bhuwan Sharma and Prof Heema were present.

morning prayer will be done everyday, projecr work will be done,lunch,clutural program and interaction session will be done,where everyday a resource person from outside will come and will tell bout their feild of work.
