A seminar was organised by department of Zoology under the aegis of “Darwin Zoological Society”
Zoology department organised a lecture on Facial-Acne camp of education. Honourable Dr Divya Gupta dermatologist from PIMS was the guest speaker where she discussed about the issue of acne and pimples in young girls. She discussed about the meaning of skin and its disoders, later the cause was also discussed.Both the undergraduate and post graduates students attended the lecture. She also discussed about ways to prevent the occurrence of disease and precaution may be taken up to maintain a clear healthy skin.
Later on students had an interactive session with speaker.Some students also got their skin examined and consulted regarding their ailments.
The event was attended by many staff members. Principal Dr B B Sharma congratulated everyone. Head of Zoology department Prof Karoona Mittal, Prof Punit Puri, Prof Pooja, Dr S S Rajpurohit, Dr Gill, Dr Deepak Wadhawan, Dr Rishi, Prof Pankaj, Prof Gulshan, Prof Surbhi and Prof Manisha were also present.
