The English Seminar Society, D.A.V. College, Jalandhar organized an Extension Lecture on Aristotle’s Poetics under the patronage of Dr. B.B. Sharma, Principal, D.A.V. College, Jalandhar. Dr. Monika Sethi, Prof. of English from Jammu University, Jammu was the resource person.
Dr. Ravi Manuja, Vice – Principal and Head of English Department extended a warm welcome to Dr. Monika Sethi, along with the faculty members of English Department.
Dr N.K. Neb, president of the English Seminar introduced the eminent resource person to the teachers and students.
Dr. Sethi discussed all the important aspects of Aristotle’s Poetics and explained them by relating to Greek Drama. The students were highly benefited by the scholarly interactive session that followed the lecture. Dr. Sethi was thanked by the faculty members for quite an informative session.
