On Feb, 9, 2013, Bansi Lal Mathematics Society of the college organized an educational trip to Bhakra Nangal, Mata Naina Devi and Shri Anandpur Sahib. Dr. B.B. Sharma, Principal DAV College unfurled the flag to start the trip. As many as 40 students of M.Sc. mathematics enjoyed the trip under the guidance of Prof. Ajay Aggarwal (HOD, Mathematics) and Prof. Anju Chhabra, Incharge Bansi lal Mathematics Society. prof. S.K. Tuli, Prof. Rajesh Prashar, Prof. Sahil Arora and Prof. Sahil Nagpal accompained tge students leading this effort to grand success.
